At Maxim Auto Parts our goal is to offer you high quality auto parts and service items to keep your vehicles in top shape but if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return unopened items in the original packaging within 7 calendar days of the date the item was purchased. All authorised returns must be unopened, unused in their original condition and must include all items and components that were included in the original package.

If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an Exchange.

Special Orders

Special order parts (SOP) must be prepaid and cannot be returned or exchanged except if we procure or ship the wrong item.

Refund

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that delivery charges are non refundable.
